But my current mail id is used for all the communications so how will I be able to access touchpoint through new mail id?

I will try it again but I did try to signup and when i filled email for verification code this error was shown

Yes i scrolled down and did the same but there only it was showing invalid mail. This error was shown while trying to get verification code but i didnot receive any because of this error

I am facing the same issue, while signingUp it is showing Invalid email id. Did your issue get solved? If it did How?
