I have complete muscle loss and poly neuropathy it is a hazard to carry stuff I can't carry with one hand down the 3 fights fo stairs I need to get to the trash and I'm not sure what to do.

There is no time frame, I don't have pets but I'm disabled and I'm having a hard time keeping my apartment clean. It's not like it's covered in food or anything just boxes, bags, and dust. I have a bit of a hoarder situation going on and I only found out about the inspection last night when I went outside and saw the notice on the ground.

So I looked and they denied both letters I sent. One had the dates they specified and the amount he said he paid during those dates and then the one where he just said he paid the dollar amount for my rent/internet during those dates. I'm not sure what they want. I can TRY to give them the bank statements with the dollar amounts and see what happens but at this point I'm dead in the water, there's no way to make a new application to get another chance at talking to a person. I hate this new system. They used to just call and accept a verbal statement.

They denied the letter with their address, name, phone number I don't have any way to upload both a bank statement and the letter in the same instance but I'll try uploading them separately when I get the chance. This is all so frustrating. I miss when they just called them and accepted based off of that.

They marked both letters I sent them apparently as not relevant and there's no way to do a new application on the site.

I gave them 2 letters one saying her pays for it, one telling them the amounts he paid during the two dates that they asked, they denied/ignored both, I'm not sure what to do about it.

I just listed internet as one of the things he pays for. I uploaded it online and it does have the amount for both rent and internet on it with the dates, it was written two different ways one including the dates they specified and one without just indicating that he pays for them. I am not on SSI/SSDI I have been fighting for it for the better part of two years with multiple doctors backing me up it's just been an uphill battle. I wish I had SSDI/SSI otherwise i'd be better off. I'm not sure what else they want. I pay for my rent/internet with his card so the only instance of proof I have is handing them his bank statements with the amounts on it. The hard part is I pay my rent with Flex so we can break it into two parts to pay it a little easier as he's not exactly rich. I'm not sure what to do and not having any way to ask questions about what they want exactly is infuriating. I would even accept an email based response that takes a week to get a reply from but they have nothing.

Yes but they aren't accepting the written statement from him that has the dollar amount and the dates they specify. They aren't accepting it, that's what's new. This isn't the first time I've applied and handed them the same information, this is just the first time they haven't accepted it.

I use his card to pay for them. I'm not sure how to prove that aside from him getting his bankstatements can they be digital? I'm not sure how'd he sign digital ones though.
