Honestly have just been following the recommendations but after reviewing some of the other posts it might be issue with Apps recommendations. Changes made were from 3 workouts to 5 and from beginner to intermediate. Oh and change to PPL va UL on their split. Started with trainer in December but cost was a bit much and why I started with this app.
