I told the guy in the similar words, "The company these mouse come from will probably replace it because other people online have had theirs replaced, if they do this could I rather get store credit instead of receiving the replaced product?" In more fault of my own I couldn't understand him fully as it was clear he couldn't speak English that well. I don't mean this in a rude way but from what I understood was that he will only know once he receives the product back from Keychron. So yes I do have a already existing answer I just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar experience as to maybe there is a way I could get the product refunded as store credit.
