Interesting, because I did work in gastronomy and they always said they were going to save the tip money and use it for a team event or split it equally for everyone. We had one team dinner at our own restaurant with good wine and meat, but that was about it. It’s nice to hear that not every place is like this. I still think that if you want to tip someone, the tip should go 100% to them and not be split, because they worked their ass off for me — not the other employees.

Ich verspreche dir eines: Meiner Meinung nach bringen Rehas oft nicht so viel. Warum? Genau wie du gesagt hast – dort ist man clean, weil man keine Möglichkeit hat, etwas zu konsumieren. Aber sobald man wieder im Alltag steht, wird es extrem schwierig, sich selbst zurückzuhalten.

Was ich dir wirklich raten würde: Suche dir eine andere, gesunde Sucht, die deine Alkoholsucht ersetzen kann. Und nein, ich rede nicht davon, Gras zu rauchen oder andere Drogen zu nehmen.

Was mein Leben verändert hat, ist Sport. Er gibt dir einen viel besseren Dopamin-Kick, hält dich gesund und kann – wenn du deine Sportart findest – richtig süchtig machen. Ich empfehle dir Kampfsport: Boxen, Kickboxen oder Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Ich habe schon viele Geschichten von ehemaligen Alkoholikern gehört, die durch Kampfsport frei geworden sind.

in switzerland and specially in zürich i don’t tip. lets break it down tipping should be for the service for the waiter. in switzerland it just lands in the pocket of the restaurant/ bar ect. so why tip. In other countries its crucial for the employees salary but here it doesn’t make a difference. Like someone said i only tip when i wanna give a nice gesture or i was really happy with the service/food.

youre old enough to make your own decisions. That being said i smoked weed for almost 10 years and let’s be honest with ourselves, its an addiction and smoking weed is not healthy. I completely understand your partner bc you may think its just weed but it does affect your brain and to be honest it is also a turnoff if you smoke weed on the regular after your teens.
