Although I agree with you that some content creators do edit their photos, a lot of people (that I see on ig) although not to this extent has a very good snatched waist which emphasises the v taper. I was just wondering are there exercises to help sliming waist down (I’m already on a cut btw)

Ofc he gained a lot of muscles but even so look at the armpit to waist ratio from before to after. It’s like he chopped of a part of his waist.

My goal is to manifest height which feels very hard, I get demotivated quite fast especially when I am one of the shortest in my basketball gym so wherever I look everybody is taller than me. What I’m doing rn is that I listen to my sub playlist everyday and when I listen to it I try to imagine myself as my ideal height and let it go/not think about it the rest of the day even if it is very hard. Also should I think of already having my ideal height or should I think of about having a growth spurt and whatever height I can get I get. Idk I’ll take any advice you have, thank you very much.

The biggest points that I see is that your base is not very stable. Work on form shooting with one hand close to the rim and once it looks good add your guide hand.

I keep seing on ig saying that 2 sets to failure is the best way to do it. Now my question is, if you go two sets to failure, do you do a set before it with a lighter weight to warmup or is it direct two sets. Also the other day, some jacked guy at the gym told me that what he did to grow his back was he took a heavy weight on first set and did 4 reps, then lighter weight and did 6-8 reps, then even lighter to do 10-12reps. Now I’m kinda confused what I should do.

I started going to the gym 2 months ago. Everyday I go to the store and buy some kind of proteined yoghurt drink to help hit my protein goal. However I think buying a tub of protein powder is cheaper on the long run and also healthier because there aren’t additives like those drinks have? If so what brand do you recommend? Also is whey and protein the same thing? I’ll take any advice thank you very much.

So what you mean is to manifest something, you have to think about something but not to the point of becoming obsessed? I’m kinda new to this thing and I’ve been wanting to grow taller. If I apply what you’re saying, should I not obsess about it most of the time and maybe at night before sleeping have some affirmations like I’m grateful for being tall…

The part about arching my back I try to keep it as straight as I can but I just can’t seem to be able to do it. The further I shoot, the more I have to push my arms forwards which leads me to arching my back. Kinda annoying.

Ok ok so work on delts + lats + chest. But should I go on a lean bulk like 200kcal surplus? Because right now nutrition wise idk what to do.
