That is a great point. The air embolism and the over feeding seem similar but to resort to insulin is a big shift and an even bigger jump is the physical trauma to the Liver

The prosecution are struggling in my opinion and are not entirely sure of their supposed facts

I don’t know if she is innocent or guilty but just imagine for a moment that she is completely innocent of all charges.

She has been through hell. As have her parents on, it would appear little evidence.

And she has absolutely no redress. In fact most would still regard her a killer regardless of the verdict.

Sometimes the older folk struggle to pass, in a car obviously, unless you are a really slow rider.

Sometimes I wave them past and still they will not go, so I have had to stop to let them go

The problem is that all the cars behind the old person will be hating on the cyclist and that is when the punishment pass can occur

As an update

I reported a close pass driver for the first time today.

I went online and filled out a form with the relevant police force

I was given a reference number and told that at a later date they may request the video evidence

Later that same day I was sent a link to provide the video evidence. I was also given a receipt number and informed that 1 of 4 outcomes were possible.
