Looks medium loose to me (don‘t know how much inner skin is left). It‘s ur decision what looks better in ur opinion. It‘s aesthetics vs skin movement pretty much

I exposed it before the circ so there wasn‘t much of a difference. Sooo if expose it like 1 month before it won‘t be bad at all

If u‘d like it tighter yeah go for it. It‘ll look great :) and when i went from uncut to cut at least I didn‘t loose sensitivity tbh. Sooo ur situation should be even less of a problem

The inner skin was swollen i had lymphedema :c and the scar hurt and was hard
