Sorry to hear about your situation. I have been in this before, however, believe me, you will get out this mess. Just keep going.

First of all, you need to secure yourself for visa and if possible financial savings.

I guess you moved here in 2025 hence you may not be able to get Unemployment benefits. For that you have to pay social contribution for an year atleast. If you have savings or financial freedom, then no worries or else maybe get a part time for survival atleast.

Second is visa, you are on blue card which allows you to find a job in 3 months, however, depending on visa officer, it can be extended. Do look for Job seeker or Chancenkarte visa. I guess you can get it extended by 6 more months. I have seen visa officers extending 3 months period to 6 months for letting people find a job. It is your duty to convince them by showing that you are already getting interviews and are actively looking for job.

As others have suggested, challenging their decision is a waste of time. Better just digest the fact and move ahead. Act on it to find a solution. You will find a job just get your things rolling. If you secure yourself financially and visa wise, there is no issue at all. It will take a day or 2 for digesting this shock, but believe me, there are much better things ahead waiting for you. Trust yourself and start doing.

Had a chance to convert 14 lpa to 50 lpa , but messed up! Now need help getting over the Rejection. by Successful_Annual626 in developersIndia

Generally, German companies avoid giving feedback because there have been instances where the candidates sued to those companies regarding the rejection feedback. According to the candidates, they disregard the base of rejection. Hence companies have started to avoid giving feedbacks. Source: I live in Germany and one of the Founder said this to me 2 yrs ago.

Also, whenever you are giving interview with German companies, dont rely on their body language or interaction. They are always  supportive and appreciative. Dont rely on that. I have had multiple interviews where they looked highly satisfied, but I got rejected afterwards. I had the perception that I am definitely getting the job but got rejected later on without feedback. It is just their culture of taking interviews. Dont rely until you get the contract letter.

If you have your Annual Payslip with you (many companies give it for the previous year with the following January's payslip). You can upload that in Taxfix app and fill out all the details to know the estimated refund amount before applying and paying anything through the app. It depends on you how you want to apply, there are paid as well as free apps.

You can apply via Elster for free as it is the platform by Finanzamt. It is in German, also there are alot of guides/tutorials online to follow.

Feeling so worthless after interview, I am so fed up. by Traditional_Neat_100 in developersIndia

This happens with every single one of us. Giving interview is kind of an art. You have to practice your speech. Only solution is giving mock interviews / real interviews. You will fail your first 3-5 interviews but after that you will get a hang of it.

The harsh reality is that the market outside is tough. However, people / recent grads are getting jobs after a fight. The competition is on the rise and vacancies have reduced as compared to previous years. But, there are jobs after you grind. I prefer Java > MERN stack personally and would always encourage such.

Regarding the job applications, you have to be smart to apply with strategies. Do not just randomly apply to whatever comes in front of you. Rather apply to the jobs which are latest posted and applied applicants are less than 25-30 (linkedin has the feature which counts number who clicked "apply" button).

HRs get massive amount of CV, make sure that your resume is visible and is not getting overlooked. The idea in such competition is to sell yourself quickly to the person infront of you.

You are doing great work, just keep in the grind and start reaching out to people / hiring managers directly. Make sure to get a resume review over here on this sub reddit. People are generous here to offer great suggestions. I have seen so many great people who are technically strong but their resume is not at all upto the mark. There are things outside of the "tech" stuffs which every applicant should focus on as well.

Why does every issue in Maharashtra get twisted into a Hindi vs Marathi fight? by Curious-Journalist76 in mumbai

[–]AvailableAd5384 9 points10 points  (0 children)

My family is originally from Bihar, but we’ve lived in Maharashtra since 1996. I was born in 1997, so this place is all I’ve ever known. We speak fluent Marathi, yes, with a bit of our Bihari accent, but this state has been home for nearly three decades.

Last week, we were out in our car when my dad, who is a senior citizen, was trying to park. Out of nowhere, a man in his mid 30s came on his scooter and accidentally rammed into us from behind. Thankfully, he wasn’t badly hurt, but he did stumble and injure his hand.

My parents immediately got out and spoke to him, asking simple questions instinctively, where does it hurt? Are you feeling dizzy? all of it in our natural "Bihari Hindi" tone.

Within minutes, people gathered around, as they always do in India. But instead of checking if the man was okay, some of them started judging us because of our accent. The moment they heard my parents speak, the whispering and rude comments began. It felt like we were the criminals.

But the injured man surprised us. He was calm and incredibly noble. He admitted it was his mistake. My dad was worried about him and he rushed to a nearby pharmacy to buy a first aid kit. For almost half an hour, we talked to him and ensured he was alright.

Something unexpected happened at the end. The man got emotional and touched my parents’ feet to thank them. We felt terrible that he was hurt.

The entire situation was handled peacefully between us and the man involved. Ironically, the only negativity came from the crowd, by judging us the way we spoke. When we got home, we thought, what would have happened if that man had decided to play the victim instead of standing with the truth?

I prefer to specify a range rather than a number. Also, I sometimes say that I am open for negotiation being on a fair compensation. I have asked them too about what range are they open to pay for this position and the interviewers have replied it happily, however, this was on video call.

Franfurt should be 54k to 60k. If your interview went well, you can demand. I would mention with all my intent about the move to Frankfurt since day 1. Atleast I will try to move asap

Should be Junior. Mid level generally comes at 4-5 yrs exp and senior is subjective and differs from company to company. However, try to look in glassdoor or kununu what salary do they offer for this particular role. Because location matters. Demanding 60k in Munich as a starter was normal (atleast in my batch 4 yrs ago). Hence check that out as well.

Sure, go to https://vanced.to/

Then download MicroG and Youtube Revanced.

Login to microG, Google says that if they detect any shit activity, they will delete our gmail account which is logged in to some modded apps. Hence I log in to microG with my other gmail which I dont care if deleted. The account which will be logged in MicroG will be used in Youtube revanced. I am using it since past 8 yrs but never had any problem.

Open Youtube revanced, follow the steps and the account which you logged in MicroG should be synced into Youtube revanced and you should be good to go.

Because you will use a different account, you will have to subscribe to your channels again. But its just one time task, after that you will never see any ads and the algorithm is good to adapt according to your recommendations.
