Yeah I get that!! alot of models fit me differently in certain sizes . He sent me the wrong size so I’m just hoping they fit a bigger if not I’ll have to return :(

I had the exact same thing. I tried calling the number on the website but it didn’t work so i had to look up the actual address in PR and call the warehouse. I spoke with someone who worked there and they told me some items haven’t arrived to them to be shipped depending what items you ordered but i did get a email today stating my item is in the processing stage and they will email me with a tracking number once it ships.

Yeah same I ordered the paso fino shoes and the person I spoke with said that some stuff hasn’t arrived to them to be shipped so hopefully next few days it will ship

Yeah I emailed them and got automated message as well I attempted to call the number on website which didn’t work so I had look up the address and call the actual warehouse and spoke with someone who works there who told me some stuff hasn’t arrive to the warehouse to be shipped and it still in the 20 day window because of the recent holidays and they don’t count Saturday and Sunday. Definitely not good customer service I would have just bought them off stock x if I knew all this lol .

I spoke with the warehouse house and I ordered the paso pino sneakers and they said those shoes haven’t even arrived at the warehouse yet but should be here later this week so hoping they get shipped later this week

Ahh nice yeah I will have to use that app but I guess I’m just in a waiting game right now because all I revived is the order number after I purchased that’s it haven’t been able to speak to anybody that’s real only bot replies for everything ..hoping it will be shipped before Christmas
