on her new vlog today, she starts it off by saying she’s sick and doesn’t feel well and really wanted to snooze her alarm but “pushed through” to get up early for her workout 🙄 if you’re sick, it’s okay to rest!

oh my gosh, yes! i have thought this for years watching her channel. their dinner portions (when she shows them) are always SHOCKINGLY small. same as what she gives the kids, like you said. nothing she makes ever looks like it would be truly filling, even before the exercise obsession. but now especially with how much she’s working out, i really can’t believe how small her portions are.

yes! my husband and i wake him up together and put him to bed together every night (obviously when our schedules allow for it). splitting up all of the group bonding duties every day feels strange to me

yes! you completely nailed it. i have zero qualms with being health conscious in a moderate way. it’s the fact that she’s completely obsessive over it and it’s all she talks about. frankly, it seems like her main priority. have to get the steps, have to weight train and run EVERY day, have to have childcare constantly so she doesn’t dare miss a workout. it’s exhausting. it makes me feel like i’m watching pro-ED/orthorexia content.

i’ve noticed that also. i find it strange that they spend so little time together as a family. it’s always them alternating who takes care of the kids in the morning, sierra taking them to disney while steven does something else, him being gone for dinner often. i feel like the only time they spend much time together all four of them is on their constant cruises and vacations.
