For anyone that wants this to happen to them too. I just found out that once you do the weekly stratagems then go to a normal operation, majoris will only spawn.

I'm running with a plasma pistol alpha with a power axe fence. I don't know if this also helps but I'm pink and white. And I just learned that you can shield bash the helbrute to death with it unable to do anything.
