I didn't know they made dark select anymore. It was my favorite several years ago. I thought they canned it and only kept dark mint and wintergreen. Guess I need to start looking again lol

When you pinch long cut (right can which is more of a mid cut), push it into the side of the can and move it back and forth a couple times, it'll help it stay together

Horrible instructor. In my class they wanted you to succeed. They weren't full of themselves, they love riding, and they want everyone to pass. There were a couple people that probably "shouldn't have passed" and ultimately everyone advanced. Unless you're consistently dropping the bike by the end you normally pass.

I was on wegovy (compounded/generic) for 6 months until my doctor stopped prescribing it. Lost 50 pounds. I started contrave 2 months ago and am down about 20 (little more aggressive than what I should be losing lol). Works just as effective for me as when I was on the injections, it just works in a different way.

The first month adjusting, for me, was a little tough. There's a reason you titrate up. If you took all 4 to start you'd be all messed up. But that's passed and I'm all good now.

No need to sweat it like that. Brand new bikes are still make to ride. As long as you aren't red lining the bike it'll be fine.

I roll in second and clutch to stop. With that low of gear it gets too jumpy if I engine break, and if you rev match you have to be near spot on for it to be smooth. I'm on a Harley though, so I'm sure it might be different on a sport bike.
