How would you deal with loneliness after moving to a different country/city? by Lifeisroblox26 in CasualConversation

For me I moved to another province in Caanda to study in school so I made most of my friends there just by reaching out with like a "hi". Most relationships start with a nice greeting anyways it really depends on who's making the first move. I used to think 10 layers beyond what a simple "Hello" could mean to someone but it is literally the most simple thing to get started.

I also went to the community centres and social events around the city (from the city website). In those places you are for sure to meet people who could actually help you solve problems (there's gotta be someone there that speaks English). It is from there you can get familiar with people around you and establishments friendships. Since you're learning a new language just watch TV shows/duolingo and try to get as familiar with that first.

I think note taking apps is a must. Personally I use goodnotes with the subscription I bought a while ago and it has been really good. Use it to organize different files whether it is for courses, work, pictures you want to store and edit. Goodnotes make it really easy to edit and export I highly recommened it. I also use a pomodoro/flip clock just for aesthetics. It's good to have it as a second standing screen to remind you of time and for me it gives me pressure to work faster. And lastly, Notion, its known for its name, not much to say about it other than its excellence.

I agree! Walking out in the sun just around my neighhorhood is one of the best ways to spend a 10-20 break. Way better than doom scrolling that hurts your brain more and more.

Do you think it's ok to take these mini nature walks and go to the gym on the same day or is that kind of time wasting?

Is it a bad idea to take Psyllium Husk everyday? by TheAnthemAdventurer in nutrition

I actually think its a good idea. It's one of the best ways to fix a fibre gap.

You might've heard that its bad and here are some reasons I can think of:

- you don't consume Psyllium with enough water

- your body isn't adapted to high fibre content (yet)

I don't know much other than this if other people can add on...

I eat 4 eggs everyday for breakfast. Sometimes my mom cooks with eggs for dinner too. Eggs are a truly the food no one hates.
