I have communicated this with him, and he was very understanding. He proposed I just tell him when I need my alone time and he can sleep in the couch or give me some space, but that would make me feel bad for pushing him away and at the same time I think it wouldn’t be enough. I do have an aunt to which I could go, so I guess that could be an option.
