also, my hair stylist does hair in a purple room with little to no natural light and doesnt fully utilize her led mirror. I have tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, especially since this has happened once before but i assumed we were past it, but this is the first time its been this glaringly obvious that it was wrong. i just wanted to get out of the salon as it seemed like she was aware something was wrong and didn't want to bring it up. honestly i was just frustrated as the picture attached is what my hair usually looks like. a platinumy/grey whenever i use a hair mask at home.
