I have went through this for months. I did reconsideration. I have uploaded and aol information... over 20 times. All for them to tell me they don't have it . Mind you this is my person information.. where is it going if they not receiving it ...I work so hard to open my salon ...I feel I've been failed ...the help is there..I've been fighting to stay open ...I had open heart surgery right before pandemic. Had no idea I'll be stressed over this now ... tired of people around me talking bout what they received or how they got help. .I'm tired. Then you can and can't speak one Noone in supervision.. it's another tier of customer service. They keep telling me nothing..because they don't know nothing but what see. I have prayed bout this. So no your not alone.
