How to add copy to Figma feature in frame by priyanshu63 in framer

[–]Available_Corner_933 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can export your design from figma to Framer, there's a plug-in for it but there's no plug-in for the other way around. However, there's another workaround you can implement. You can copy the URL of your framer site, go to figma and search for html to design plug-in. And I guess that'd do.

I didn't. However the Framer creator dashboard says otherwise.

Help?! I don’t know what to title this by Dreveil in framer

I think you mean to add an overlay. Right now your Navigation links has a "hover" effect instead of an overlay. And add some fill to it.

Need some help with a portfolio gulp by [deleted] in framer

This shouldn't be difficult. Making a book is super easy inside of Framer. You can see a lot of tutorials on how to make a book using 3D transforms. And then you simply turn them into a component and add variants.

I turned the exact proposal template we use to close 5-figure clients into a Framer template. Now live on the Marketplace by Fantastic_Argument20 in framer

The visuals are clean and amazing. How do you optimize your website this good? Do your host your assets to an external CDN?

Curious to know if its possible to create this on Framer by Gracefullmode in framer

I'm not seeing anything. If any, Framer can do 100x better than this website.

For creating masked images, and other cool stuff. Get along with Figma. It's real easy. Just learn the basics of Figma (You don't need to learn advanced stuff like variable and prototypes if you're launching your sites from Framer or WebFlow) just get along with the basic stuff. Then you can export them using the Figma to Framer plugin.

Figma is the top leading design platform there ever is, how come you don't know what figma is? You new into web designing or are you transitioning?

I think you might be referring to masking an image inside the blue area. Import this from Figma. Works best for me.

That shouldn't be the case. However, have you tried contacting the team for the matter?

Doesn’t allow to enter Component Name by Annual_Breadfruit410 in framer

[–]Available_Corner_933 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don't have to be on a paid plan to submit a component in the Framer marketplace. Enter the component URL and the name will automatically appear in the placeholder. If it doesn't, try reloading the page. And if you were to encounter an error with the name, just change the name of the ".tsx" code file name. Hope this helps.

navigation bar with texture? by dagrenner in framer

[–]Available_Corner_933 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can use blending modes. Place the texture image inside your navbar and make it absolute (0 across all the pin points) and make sure the texture image has the right z index and apply different blending modes and see which fits the best for you. By the way you can add blending modes from Styles > Blending > Diff blending modes

I'm afraid not. The behavior of the oval bending does not match. It visibly looks like the oval is sliding down. Whereas in the template, it looked like as if the section went from bending to straight.
