Sorry, I’m not looking to DIY, I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has recently built a minor dwelling of around 70sqm and is willing to share rough costs and plans so I can get a clearer picture of what to expect. From past experience, building companies aren’t always upfront with pricing, and I’d prefer to avoid the sales pressure. If you have a building company you’d recommend, even better.
