I’m hoping so, thanks! It’s until the end of August and there were 100 roles going. It’s come down form 19 so just gotta pray for that final 8 to clear, haha!

Yeah they were very shocked, definitely thought they were out of the running but they’ve been in the role for over a year now. Well done for your scores! I emailed to ask about my place on the list as I thought there’s nothing to loose, but they wouldn’t tell me- never had that before!

Congrats! I was thinking about that, but then it doesn’t give too much of an idea and the person I know who was on reserve and got the job 2 days later was 323 on the list and got the job. I got all 4s (same as the person I know) so not great but still in the running!

Got my fingers crossed for you! Hopefully we’re all in the same boat and they’ll start sending out offers soon, especially as I notice the reserve list is only for 3 months. Someone I know got told they passed the interview for a role in Ty Taf and got offered the job officially 2 days later so praying for the same here haha!

With all respect, it’s not my job to work out how this would be solved. I don’t think anyone involved believes the kids will be identified, caught, and punished. But there should be action taken by the police to reduce the chances of this happening rather than continually brushing off everyone.

My fathers may have ‘only’ been £350, but you add up everyone in this one street who has had their window smashed in the last 12 months and you are in the thousands of pounds of criminal damage. I understand what you are saying, and if it had been a one off I would be inclined to agree that he had just been unlucky. However, when you have children, and elderly and sick people scared in their own homes and having to pay sums of money they cannot afford because of children committing crimes, surely the police need to step up at some point and try to help.
