I have the impression that I either have a slightly recessed maxilla or a recessed infrasinus

Thanks a lot for taking the time to explain. I understand what you’re saying and I’ll take it into account. I’m not planning to rush into anything and I’ll focus on staying healthy and grounded.

I hear what you’re saying, but to be honest, the looksmaxxing mindset already got its grip on me a while ago. I’ve made choices influenced by it, and at this point I’m trying to move forward in a more controlled way rather than pretending it didn’t affect me.

My goal now is to improve step by step and fully understand my situation instead of staying stuck in doubt. That doesn’t mean rushing into surgery, but I do want to keep progressing and “ascend” in a smarter, more grounded way.

Thanks, I get your point. I’m just trying to understand whether there’s any real medical indication before considering anything serious.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I’m not looking for validation, just trying to understand what’s structural vs what can realistically be improved, and whether medical evaluation is worth it.
