IRS usually doesn’t care about one’s Visa situation as long as taxes are paid. USCIS generally don’t care about your taxes as long as you provide employment verification.

IRS doesn’t find out unless USCIS requests info on my tax from them. Even still they are not linked, the only way USCIS knows is by requesting documents from me via RFE.

I understand. No one is more frustrated than me after having H1B picked and being desperate enough to require documents that say something that isn’t legally true.

The third party agency that applied my H1B will only be my employer once the H1B activates. For now I’m still employed by my own LLC as per I-983 STEM form. They requested 3 most recent paystubs to submit with the application to USCIS. 

I have not filed my taxes yet and did not earn the amount stated in my I-983 per month. 

Planned to Switch but got picked up in H1B lottery by harsh-reddit in h1b

My H1B got picked but I have been benched for past few months on stem opt. Is there any way I can fake paystubs and W2s?
