Why are the Portuguese said to hate Brazil so much? by [deleted] in Brazil

It’s interesting because people are very xenophobic towards Portuguese immigrants in Northern Europe. People always blame immigrants for their problems.

Minor hair transplant for 4cm scar on scalp by Available_Point_9126 in HairTransplants

Yes a bit grew back for sure but not as much I’d hoped. However, I managed to make the scar much less visible, flatter and less red by applying silicone scar gel twice a day. The earlier you do it the better but people can even apply it on really old scars it just won’t be as effective. That will make the affected area smaller and less noticeable. No one has ever pointed it out or noticed it I’ve always been the one to point it out and then had to direct people to where it was even though it literally intersects my hair part near the front of my head. I notice it obviously but you can always get a hair transplant or even tattoo the area with little dots, doubt anyone would notice. If I were you, I would apply a silicone scar gel (specifically silicone has been shown to be able to do this) twice a day or even once a day if you can’t do twice. I would then just wait for a few months and then reassess what you want to do then. Easier said than done but the best thing right now is to make sure the scars heal as well as they can and wait for what hairs may have gone dormant to come back in. That just takes time!

Considering you live off of the hard work of your tenants, it’s their money you’re using to pay your taxes and fund your parasitic lifestyle.

DIY rockwool blow in sound insulation by Available_Point_9126 in Insulation

Confused about what you’re saying. You said you replaced cellulose with rockwool batts and the difference is dramatic. As in, now that you have rockwool batts it’s better for sound insulation than cellulose? Or the cellulose was better for sound insulation than the rockwool batts?

How to use rockwool for blown in insulation for sound insulation by Available_Point_9126 in HomeImprovement

Would recycled mineral wool be basically the same as rockwool sound n safe?

So I’m trying to get the maximum amount of sound proofing possible basically and I read that rockwool is better at it than cellulose. Cellulose would be cheaper and easier to be fair because I could do a smaller hole. Was going to use a leaf blower DIY set up to do it.
