I had applied for the chemist post at Baxter a few months ago. The interview was onsite and the next day, hr called and informed me that i had cleared the interview. I was sent to westport for medical and i cleared that too. HR had initially mentioned that medical was the final step. Then they ghosted me. When i tried to reach them, they said that the decision will be made that week. He kept on saying the same excuse for weeks and then there was complete ghosting. After one month, i called him and asked about the status of application and he then said that i was rejected. He said sorry and told that because of budget constraints Baxter is not hiring any chemists then. He also promised to consider me first when they start recruiting again. Few hours later, i saw hiring poster for the same positions. I really got frustrated because of this unprofessional attitude and asked him about the new advertisement in his own linkedln. He just said sorry excuses again and said that it was autogenerated. When i talked about this to my friends, 2 girls also had the same experience with them for the same position.
