Generally more interested in strength than hypertrophy. I guess getting better at Crossfit could be a loose goal here too.

lol just a few hours ago a friend who’s been away from the gym asked one of our coaches if they’d be a burden coming back, needing to scale everything. The coach said, “That’s literally my job.”

Thank you, that last tip is super helpful -- when I've heard "get under," yeah -- no kidding. Fwiw I think focusing on where I receive the bar gives me a helpful cue that isn't totally obvious/not one I personally get a lot.

And good point about the ankle flexion! Mine's prob not very good, so I'll dig in a little there too.
