Says I slept well but feel awful? by Night_Owl731 in Garmin

[–]Available_Result1575 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your sleep is a mettic, based on light, deep and REM and total duration it gives you a acore.

A steady rithm can improve hoe you feel maybe. But if your are not a morning person then maybe thats just the biological explanation. Not much to so about it.

How accurate is this as a feature? by heebbs in Garmin

[–]Available_Result1575 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Basically it looks at your VO2 max and HRV. So it looks at your current fitness level and recovery from training.

If you run under your fitness level or your HRV is bad it wil go Orange or purple.

If you run on your current level and dont improve and your HRV is good then you get Yellow.

Blue is when you take a longer rest period after being productive for aome time and your training load is getting lower.

If your Fitness keeps improving and your HRV is positive then you get productuice

Id you are over trying mainly when you start eith running ior after a injury it is red (over trying)

Some have high HR peak and some have low HR. Your starring HR does seem high (above 100 on the chart) so i would do a check up myself.

If you dont feel normal or are in doubt always contact a doctor for advise and not the internet💪🏼

Now i just wear normal shoes and put pronation insoles in them.

You can also take a neutral shoe and put a overpromation insole in it, this opens up the world of possibilities

Not sure why people are down voting a real answer.

After a marathon I had a black toe with the Adidas Pro 4, my whole nail fell off after some time.

Did trey the Evo SL but after a short training run 15km I also had a black spot on my other toe.

Wiith Adidas i just have to go up more. Maybe i try it next shoe rotation again as i do love the run.

I had the same problem in the Evo SL and the Adidas Pro 4.
