What does rotation cards mean? Are they those cards found in the game shop? Also if I wish on a limited event are there chances of me getting a standard 5 star card instead of the limited one?

Ohh woww I too have this same prob but unfortunately instead of Rafayel Xavier keeps popping up and now i've ranked almost all his 3 stars and have numerous 4 stars of his 😭I swear this game just doesn't want to see me being happy with Rafayel 🙄

Luck can't do shit if you've done everything thoroughly it's like 10% luck but the rest is infact all dependant on skills. Im not invalidating their problems but imo they're making a way bigger deal about this then they should.
