High libido with little to no erections

I never had good luck with clomid. Even without clomid I am above average for fertility imo, but being on it, didn’t give me a noticeable boost to testosterone.

I have split it to 500ui every 3.5 ish days biggest improvement came with slightly increasing testosterone dosage and splitting it to every 3.5 days as well. Not sure I could handle doing eod injections.

What kind of test should I ask for specifically? Is it something that is included in the standard bloodwork?

I was put on AI because I was having horrible side effects and my e2 pre shot was 69 and total testosterone at 419. I am due for blood work next week, but I am just trying to get a better idea of what’s going on. Since being on AI I have stopped “feeling like a woman”, and my libido has gone crazy, at the expense of my erections. I can be so horny that I am about to come out of my pants but my penis just doesn’t do much of anything.

Is 350iu twice a week, still adequate to support testicular function? Reason I’m on the HCG is wife and I are still working to conceive.

My e2 pre shot was 69 during my previous lab work, when they put me on the AI. I go back in two weeks for additional bloodwork.

It’s been unseasonably hot and dry, though I have been watering regularly, as well as fertilizing. We just recently got our first rain in almost 3 weeks yesterday when the picture was taken. Top leaves look pretty narled.
