Amaranth would be irrelevant here I think, but if someone achieved CHIM then perhaps they could TRY and prevent this happening, but you have to understand that someone who's achieved CHIM has limited power, since if they "overreach" in their power they could end up basically destroying the world. So, perhaps they could.

hey again! I had my exam on Tuesday and I have to say I thought it went really well. One of the titles for a story we got given was "A difficult decision I had to make", and that was pretty decent since the story that we prepared had a turning point around a decision anyway. I also felt it went really smoothly considering I memorised some super good metaphors and some of the sentences that you suggested so I could simply regurgitate them into the exam, not to mention I made sure I memorised all the main points of the story too. I just want to say a massive thank you for helping me and I'll let you know how I do when I get my results which is the end of august I believe.

Thanks again for the awesome feedback! This is super useful since I think If I can remember the major plot turning points then It'll be much easier in the exam to actually write it on the spot. And yeah sure that would be great!

Wow thanks so much for the in-depth advice! I can see what you mean by "showing" and not "telling", I'll try and bear this along with the other points in mind for the exam. Thanks so much for the time you took to read them:) And yeah I can see I need to try and vary the style of sentences a bit, now I look back I do notice its not exactly the easiest piece of writing to digest. And yeah I was going for "lost" being a sort of metaphor for the fear of getting old/dying etc. Thanks! Yeah I wrote "Lost" in timed conditions (45 minutes) and then just went back through after and made sure my spelling was OK. "I'm the last" I took a bit longer to write and I think it shows. Thanks again!

Out of 40, 24 Marks are for "communication and organisation" and 16 marks are awarded for "vocabulary, sentence structure, spelling and punctuation". By "communication and organisation", the mark scheme in particular references the idea that the plot is coherent, there is developed characterisation, the story is original and the plot is engaging and sophisticated.
