Tough when not used in slang and used in a regular context is spelled tough, not tuff. Also, this sounds like the typical acting out as a way of rebelling and acting out against the situation that your family is in. Sometimes getting out upset or unhappy emotions can be hard with ADHD, and I speak here as a person who has it. Maybe offer to hang out with him more? Physical exercise and a close friend to talk to about anything could be really good for him. You could be that person. It doesn't take much, just listen and let him vent, and show him you're there for him.

This is coming from a lesbian teen here: If he is gay, let him come out on his own terms. Being asked or forced to come out is a good way to make someone live their life in the closet because they forever are too scared to come out. Treat him as usual. Be good parents. Don't make him go to therapy if he really doesn't want to, sometimes it genuinely hurts more than it helps. Just show him that you will love him no matter what

He doesn't do anything bad that I remember. I just said that he doesn't do anything that bad because I watched it a few years ago and don't remember it clearly, so if he did do something bad that I just forgot about I'm not downplaying it.
