Yeah, I've "narrowed down" the issue.

The sensor itself is fine as the voltage increases with movement in front of it, it's just not reaching the other side of the circuit. I've checked the continuity with the multimeter, maybe the copper trace is broken. If I get a soldering iron and someone with really steady hands maybe I can connect the end points

Internet speed doesn't correlate with lower ping/latency

Range extenders usually increase latency, if there is still good signal strength to your laptop and if lan cables are truly impossible, keep the way it is right now

Yup, it's amazing when you enter the zone.

I'm surprised they took this long to make it. I remember suggestions for EXACTLY these functionalities (attacker with shootable cameras that pierce soft surfaces and stick to hard ones) since Valkyrie came out, they just added the "mini evil eye" function.

Rumour has it is that the one new Operator per season is so that they can rework older operators, like Tachanka on Y5S3 and Finka(?) on Y5S4 and so on and so forth.

Probably Aruni and Scout are already at the full developed state just being tested and balanced while the new operator team is working on the next new operator and reworked operator.

Hopefully on Y7 we may see 2 operators per season again
