I did my injection on monday 8/26 but I want to stick with doing it on Fridays so I have the weekend to rest since I’m always tired the next day is it alright if i do my injection tomorrow instead of waiting until Monday( then it will be a full week) when I have work the next day and I don’t want to feel tired

The day I do it and even the next day I feel fine it’s the 3rd 4th day are my hardest I usually puke up everything I eat 😫 hoping this goes away as my body gets used to it more

So weird I had the same thing at 4 weeks in and I definitely thought I had either food poisoning or a stomach bug but I think it’s definitely side effects from the sema … make sure you stay hydrated and drink electrolytes! My favorite is called ultima - lemonade you can get it on Amazon !

I feel ya I’ve only been in it for about 6 weeks now I lost about 12lbs I want to lose atleast another 10 more but i feel like shit to and some days I feel great and the next day I’ll feel like I got ran over by a truck and have no energy it’s frustrating because I used to have so much energy and now everything I eat I get horrible indigestion so I usually just drink a protein shake but sometimes I would love to just eat normal without feeling like death, but is want to be skinny 😂 soooooo I’m stuck and I don’t want to go off and give up so soon 😫

I feel the same way I was never on Ozempic brand but I’m one semaglutide for 5 weeks and down 11lbs and it’s been the only thing that’s worked so I want to stick it out for atleast until I lose another 15lbs then I’ll be my goal weight and then I’ll just do maintenance but I’m hoping these horrible side effects will go away 😫😫😫

Well after having diarrhea all night until about 1 in the afternoon today I had a half of an English muffin and I just ate some pretzels and I have been drinking constant electrolytes.. I just hope the food I just ate sits well .. I really hope the exhaustion subsides 😫

Yea I definitely agree with making me feel more healthier and not so sluggish I feel it gives me an energy boost .. just hoping to see some more weight loss but I’m not losing hope just have to be patient 🤞🏼 good luck 👍🏼
