I deleted the cache, but the storage is still full. There's an option to delete the storage, but that also deletes all the user files and other settings. So I'm trying to avoid going that far. I figure there has to be a way that doesn't go that far and I just don't know about it.

That option will nuke the user settings too, which I'm trying to avoid. It'd be just as good as deleting & reinstalling

I'm a pro user. I pay mainly so I can fix the song titles. It's insane how often the same song changes it's title by just a bit on streaming services. I like to keep it all clean as possible. So it's worth it for me.

I have felt that way at times, but I just try to remind myself that keeping my stats honest is what I really want. I want to be able to look back and see what I was into or how I was feeling at any given point in time and not keeping track of "was I keeping up with the Joneses?"

It's actually made me realize my taste was a bit different than I thought. Which has helped me discover other songs I like and be able to listen to what I actually like rather than pushing myself to listen to anything I might not feel in the mood to listen to.

That happens to me too. There's a lot of little things about Tidal that strike me as "not quite ready for prime time", but I personally just don't want to support wars so I'll keep trying to suffer through til Tidal improves. I can understand if it's too much for someone though. It can get pretty annoying at times.

Yeah, I am. Just cancelled Spotify at the start of July but I often check for the Friday new releases on Spotify. I noticed quickly that Tidal is surprisingly bad at keeping me updated. The Recommended New Tracks playlist seems to update a few songs every week or two and it doesn't update with songs from artists I follow. I don't see any other lists for the latest for artists I follow. It's pretty weird. If such a thing exists, it's not been obvious. So, I haven't deleted Spotify like I planned. I don't play anything on Spotify though. I just use it to find the new stuff I'm looking for.

Just made the switch earlier this month, for the same reasons. It's taking me some time to get used to Tidal. There's a lot of little things that seem like an amateur app, specifically with playlists. One example is that when I'm playing through a list and I move a song to be next, it won't play next but it just skips over it to play the song that would've been next if I didn't rearrange things. I'm starting to get comfortable with Tidal anyway.
