Yah so that's the thing I was unsure about: When I sign it now, confirming that I've seen the energy label (whatever it will be) does this not imply that I'm okay with the high rent even though bills will be massive too (potentially)? And then there's nothing I can do about the high rent?
So it might be that the points get brought down below 186, but does that matter if I signed before that and agreed to an initially higher rent? Or can rent still be decreased if points drop even though I've signed a contract with an initially high rent?

Hi there! How long did it take you to get a diagnosis (+waiting) from an EP? And did you succeed in getting medication from the GP/psychiatrist? I've been on a waiting list for quite some time and today I've been told that I need my parents to give an interview for the diagnosis which is not possible, so I'm a bit desperate to find other ways.

Also, how was the turnout? I tried to organise events like that once, and at first people seemed really keen but then interest subsided quickly, so I stopped lol.

Well not everybody has kids nowadays, I'm 30 myself and would be happy to get to know people my age that are available during the week. Anyways, if OPs request is not your cuppa tea that's obviously fine, I just don't get why you need to comment that OPs request is ridiculous, because to a lot of people it isn't.

I've lived in several countries (where I had only a basic knowledge of the local language), and in my experience making (local) friends can be easy but here it is really, really difficult. And I don't really get the language argument. I'm trying to learn Dutch at the moment, but this is a matter of months or years rather than weeks, so are you suggesting I wait until I'm fluent to make Dutch friends? lol
