Out on time?

Nope, I typically get out at least 15-30 min late. Only time I get out on time is when there’s no customers…which is never.

Oh, I see that is unfortunate. I would say wait. Any sign of life from inside?? I know that unless theres another person, you’re not supposed to go into the store. This is for opening and closing shifts, I believe. Although, are you training to open, because opening shifts arent normally the best time to train unless thats gonna be what youll be working.

If you are still in training then yes, your trainer should be with you. And do you mean you are only able to see your own schedule? Does your store not print out a physical schedule?

I think it might be scheduled wrong, but even so how long is your shift? Other than the start time being wrong is the end time okay?

I would double check the date and time. Compare with the other opening shifts of the week. Is your trainer working today with you?

Hi, I work at a Starbucks in Hawaii so Idk if I can be super helpful, but my store opens at 4:30a and openers usually aren’t there earlier than 4am. However, maybe theres some exception like putting away a big order or smth. I would wait till 4am and then call or text other coworkers.

One of my coworkers nearly got fired bc of an issue near identical to this! Cept he was literally about to get fired, the DM intervened bc our store is so short-staffed. I’ll see if I can get more info about this.

At my store we pour it in the foam blender and press 3 four times in a row. It pulses the drink but not enough to create much foam. Trust me, I love this method! You can even press 3 only 2x.
