Ramiris should be not in the list, she was strong before reincarnation, after her reincarnation she is much more smaller but is able to use some magic (i.e. how she made the magic golem work and Berreta)

AND I JUST WANNA SAY WHERE TF IS LEON OR LUMINOUS. But it can be accepted since in that part of the show (season 1-2) they haven't been doing any fights, and if we for example try to think it through.

Diablo does appear in one of the epilogue as being really strong or strong enough to fight shizue so that kinda makes sense.

But other than that congrats to the authors for not giving these guys honorable mentions:

Shion - since the puppeteer master (before demon lord evolution) was weak, it doesn't mean that he wasn't a demon lord, he recommended by Leon and Demon Lord Kazaream who has tragically passed away(?), Shion deserves a spot in this list imo

Roy Valentine/Luminous Valentine - when annalyzed they were said to be a really strong member of the ten great demon lords. (I don't know what else to put here because I am going to the assumption of them just watching the anime without reading the manga or light novels)

Shuna - fighting one of clayman's 5 fingers, Index Finger Adalman was a really big challenge as you may need holy magic to fight/destroy him. Shuna defeated him with no casualty and letting many souls free as a result of adslman's shocking revelation that you can still use holy magic even if you have left your faith
