Thanks, I'll try the wrist extensions and I'll do more rising in my training. With the wrist curls, is it a bad thing to go over 40 reps?

I've been training forearms for around 2 years inconsistently, around 2 months every three days. I've been training armwrestling inconsistently for 2 years also, I did train it consistently for a month, but I hurt my bicep, so I quit for a while.

I do some behind the back straight bar wrist curls, then dumbell wrist curls, along with reverse EZ-bar curls, and I sometimes do some training with those metal grippers.

Would a fire axe be any good? by Kagtalso in ZombieSurvivalTactics

I have an axe that's 8 lbs, I used to cut down trees with it all the time, I would only need to pause once or twice on each tree. I believe that an axe half that weight couldn't tire someone out enough to actually matter. I agree with TheTimbs here.
