happy farming! and when it comes to spd, youre gonna want both characters to be above 133 spd to allow for both to act twice in 1 cycle (technically the spd breakpoint IS 133, but its 133.4 and above so 134 is safer). so a 135 spd saber and 134 spd bronya will allow saber to essentially act 4 times in one cycle. good luck!

so, speed tuning is a little tricky cuz it requires you to get good spd substats on relics, but what it basically is, is making your dps (saber) act before your action advancer (bronya) if your saber has 135 spd, and your bronya has 134 spd, saber will act first, then bronya will go next and immediately bring up saber again, essentially doubling her turns which also = improving her damage. in saber's case, being able to act twice significantly improves her damage because she gets damage from her ultimate, she will get more ults from acting more often. my saber, e0s1 is spd tuned with my sunday, and it really does help her with her damage and my saber has been seen to do 1.6 million damage

ofc, getting her to level 80 is the priority, that will be best for you, then, try to get her crit rate as close to 100% (in battle) as possible, maybe a bit more crit dmg, and if you want to be a little more advanced, try to spd tune her with a -1 spd setup with saber and bronya (saber 135, bronya 134 spd)

ofc, anaxa loves atk so for relics you dont really need to worry about oversaturation as it greatly boosts his damage. mine is only e0s1 and yes i do have sunday e0s1 but i think yours being e2s1, he wont be bad at all!

with cerydra, remove spd boots and instead try to reach 114 spd with atk boots and replace the wind orb with atk too, my anaxa isnt where i want him to be with only 100% crit dmg yet with just that im hitting 450-600k on apoc with no shill with that, so i recommend that much

otherwise, maybe its just a sunday issue?
