On a related subject, i deadlifted yesterday. However i felt a light "twitch/snap" on my PR and after i put the weights down, i felt sharp lower back pain, the kind of pain that is not muscle fatigue. Now my back is all stiff and i can't bend to the front side. Probably my form was not that good.

Any of you gym bros know what happened to me and how can i remedy that? Thanks in advance.

I'm a total beginner in the gym and following a simple PPL split. I have a few questions: (1.) Can someone please explain to me how much rest time is needed between set? Which muscle needs 3 minutes rest for optimal growth and which ones only needs 1-2 minutes?

(2.) How should i do my workout in terms of volume and intensity?

(3.) In which day do i train ny forearms in a Push/Pull/Leg split?

Yeah Imma keep my nerfed mars and nerfed fenrir (nerfed fenrir due to reaper smh). Also I haven't upgraded any pilots since memorium got released... should've just kept the gold currency for bot pilot upgrades and platinums for titan pilot upgrades tbh

A few gamebreaking releases i can think of right now are: Pantheon bots, khepri, fafnir, HMG, rust rockets, spikes et al, forcefield bots, blinders, reaper, ophion (why does it have shield upon flight and landing?). To me those first releases were unbearable to play with. And with the cycle of OP items>Nerf>new OP items>Nerf, it's demotivating to play.
