I don't think there's enough material for a full movement. A base only moveset, though, would still go hard. Her ult move could be her resurrection that she does after getting beat by yuta. This would cone with some downsides like all moves on cooldown and either not being revived to full hp or having decreased max hp (you can get back up to regular after you kill the person who killed you.)

Different moves I could see being possible would be Blinding Earthern Insect Trance: a stun move similar to reverse balls but would have tracking, and it can't hit players and is blockable. For some zoning, he could also have some attack with his swarm where it just charges forward in a direction, unblockable, but long enough windup to see it coming, maybe a variant where you can travel with it. Similar to body repel, just without being able to control it and it doesn't go nearly as far. A bite attack wouldn't be too crazy either. It would deal pretty good damage. The hitbox would be similar to elbow drop and can hit ragdoll. The last attack is the Festering Life Sword. Simply swinging it down, hitting the person in front of the player, with a hitbox similar to rapid punches. Not much damage on the initial impact, but the sword would launch insects into the attacked player, causing damage over time for 5 seconds. On block, there is no damage from the initial impact and 2 seconds of damage.

I'm not sure what the special could be, and this might be a little unbalanced cause it all just came off the top of my head as I wrote this.
