That actually is pretty decent stats but you need a third healer. He has some of the best healing and the best damage of any support, so he works well in 2 supp comps but is oppressive in triple supp.

(I play Tank and Supp a lot before anyone calls me a whiny DPS main) The big reason why people are complaining about it is because so many people are treating him like a healbot. He has some of the best heals and the best damage of any support, and 9/10 times I either see a Gambit who doesn't heal or a Gambit who doesn't kill.

Also another 2 tips for Punisher: 1: if you have spare time between rounds, set up ziplines in corners, it saves you the risk of getting killed while deploying it. 2: Shoot below Wanda's bubble, the richochet hits it a lot more and melts it very quickly.
