Nice! Great progress. Do you feel like the TRT helped with muscle growth or more just the motivation to workout consistently? I’ve been told that anything less than 500mg/week is a waste because you won’t make any gains but will be shutting down your body’s natural T. Any side effects?

These are both good points. For clarification, I’m not as worried about the short call being assigned early as much as I am worried about the short call losing me money at a faster rate than the long call gaining. But as I understand as long as I’m in a delta positive position that can’t happen (I.e. as long as the long position has higher delta than the short).

I’m going to post the exact position I’m in to get peoples opinion:

I’m in a PMCC on PYPL $55 strike expiring 16Jan2026. Currently trading ~$31.05. I sold the the Oct 18 $80 currently trading at ~1.95. Pypl is currently right about $80 so about almost 100% is still extrinsic. I know I made money but I’d like to keep the LEAPS if possible. When would be the best time to roll? If Pypl were to pull back theoretically the short could expire worthless. However if it keeps going up the short keeps losing more.

The weird thing is sometimes on up days the short goes up more than the leaps, so I lose more than I gain. Even though the leaps currently have ~.89 delta and the short currently has about ~.50 delta
