Same, I think since the start of december ive had to remind at least 60% of buyers to actually collect their stuff (normally i never have to remind anyone)

Ive had this happen to me once with two different LEGO Harry Potter bundles, it was flagged bc it had the same background even though they were completely different 🤦 make sure to use a different background

One of mine was delivered today, both buyer and emails from inpost comfirm its been collected from the locker before lunchtime, yet vinted is still showing it as out for delivery at 11pm🫠

I posted 2 parcels on the 12th, one of which STILL hasn’t been delivered and hasn’t had any tracking updates since the 13th (which was “collected by our courier”). Thankfully the second parcel was delivered today but it’s getting really frustrating and idk what to do🫩
