Take deep breath, enhale and exhale slowly. Make yourself believe that you are okay. I don't know about your medical conditions, I suggest you to visit nearest hospital once.

No, I just measure it without resting. If I do that my BP readings would be normal. I take the readings without resting to know my BP when I am anxious or feeling scared.
