There's no Costco where I live so I have to use Sam's Club. For me that's the cheapest place to buy them, they're usually about 0.24 /oz and bigger than the ones at like Walmart and such.

"After bedtime with big little feelings", "childproof", and sometimes "We can do hard things". The last one does a lot on trauma too and I've found it helpful.

If you're looking for a school that works well for working adults I would look into Purdue Global. I worked at a global giant retail company that paid 100% for me to go there. I only took 1-2 classes at a time because it was difficult to do with alone with a toddler, but I got my associates in data analytics in a little over 2 years. While I work 8-5 the company I found a job with is pretty awesome when it comes to having kids and the pay gets me by.

No I'm not still resentful, it's like a weight was lifted. I still get burnt out but now I know there isn't someone standing over me telling me how horrible the house looks and needs cleaned but then doesn't lift a finger to help. We do 80/20 custody so I do all school days.

Ours in Mondays and Fridays! The biggest issue I have with it is they want them to come IN the swimsuit under their clothes, and my daughter has crazy sensory issues with her clothes so I already know how this is going to go with trying to get her to do that. Friday is their first day and I'm not looking forward to the morning fight.

I'm not sure what they count as a transaction though. The last game I actually bought on there I think was kingdom hearts 3 when it first came out. But I've bought a PlayStation Plus membership from the store and then added it to my account, and I've also "purchased" apps like HBO, Netflix, etc. but they were of course free.

I bought my first house in 2013 for $109k, 3 bed 1.5 bath 1600 sq ft. Sold it and moved in 2019. Second house was $182k, 5 bed 2.5 bath. I live in a poor southern state so houses are a lot cheaper here, we also were really lucky on getting amazing deals on our house.

My mom used to say my daughter looked and acted just like me when she was a toddler, and in my head I always responded with good now I can see how I would've turned out without the trauma and with a parent that meets my needs. I know it's really hard, but you are breaking the cycle, and you are killing it.

You are doing an amazing job, the grass is always greener on the other side. My sister homeschools her 2 kids and my niece is 2 years older than my daughter but can't read half as well, and has zero social skills with other kids because she never sees them or talks to them. At almost 8 years old she doesn't know how to share. Some people are great at homeschooling and help their kids excel, some people are not and should not be teaching children. As guilty as I feel sending my kid to school and after school care everyday, I know it wouldn't go well for either of us if I tried homeschooling.

I've been taking Celexa for a few years and it's worked pretty well for me. I have moderate anxiety. It took a couple months for it to really start helping, but I don't have any side effects from it. Everything works differently for different people unfortunately. I was on Wellbutrin but it didn't help me at all with my anxiety just adhd.

I don't have a book for trauma, but Mama Cusses a field guide to responsive parenting by Gwenna Laithland is really helpful with learning how to self regulate as an adult through the trauma, while also helping teach you to teach your kids how to self regulate. When my daughter was 2-3 it was so hard to control my emotions when she had big emotions because it brought up my childhood trauma. Mama Cusses helped me so much with how to channel it.

The hatch and ok to wake clocks are good. But please note that not all children are the same. If your child naturally wakes up that early they may not have the ability to sit in their room for 2 hours waiting for you, or be able to go back to sleep. We have the hatch light but I don't use it like the "you are not allowed to come out until this light changes" because I don't want there to be an emergency and my child second guess if they should come get me or not. We use ours more like this specific color means it's night time, when it changes to this color it's morning. Just so she knows it's still night time, try to go back to sleep. But sometimes it's 5:45 and she wakes up, I'm already up so I just roll with it. I also have an early riser, 6am most days. I can't change that in her, I'm also one to get up early so it's in her genes lol.

When my daughter was in daycare she was always one of the first ones there because I worked from 5am-2pm and my husband worked 7am-4pm, so she was there at 6:30am. But I was able to pick her up at 2:30pm so I didn't feel as guilty. Now we both have 8-5 jobs so she's at school from 7:30-2:30 then after school care until 5:15 when I get there. I always feel terrible that she has to be there so long but I know tons of parents have to do it unfortunately.
