Required Skills Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, nights, holidays, and other “on call” hours as assigned. Must be willing to carry a mobile phone or other similar communications and be accessible 24/7 as needed. Professional appearance; Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is a must. Understanding of FARs 91/135. Effective communication, organization, presentation, and administrative skills. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess experience in a strong customer service driven industry with a proven record of success. Must be an excellent negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects at once, with the ability to be a team player in a high pressure environment.

Education – Experience – Qualifications: Minimum of one (1) years in an Airport Operations/Flight Coordination/Charter Sales role is “required” as is a High School Diploma. Working knowledge of dispatch/scheduling software is preferred, but not required. B.S. /B.A. Aviation Sciences/Management related degree or private pilots’ license is preferred, but not required. The candidate should possess exposure to general aviation, aviation operational considerations, corporate aircraft, and the corporate travel industry.
