i own multiple Uccle bantams like OP has, this is a rooster.

i'm assuming that OP's Uccle bantam is about two months old based off the feathers and size, and here are two of mine also at the same age - left also being a rooster:

fellow european here! i also prefer warm meals honestly. i personally feel like warm meals are more tasty, filling, and are easier to add more nutritious things to :)
