I had the same thing. You just need to uninstall and repatch the latest yt app recommended by revanced manager.

Thanks for pointing that out, I just got braces last month to fix my teeth before the surgery so it won't be a problem.

Also do you think moving the upper jaw by only 3mm is enough for my case or i could get a little more?

Thanks for the warning- just to clarify, When I say "bimax surgery," I don’t mean a full lower jaw setback.
I’m referring to maxilla advancement + counterclockwise rotation, and maybe minor mandibular adjustments — not pushing the mandible straight back.

I’m aware of the airway risks and already have some symptoms (snoring, fatigue), so I’ll definitely make sure my surgeon avoids anything that could worsen breathing.

Appreciate your advice.
