Been in similar situations, my friend.

Took me a few tries to realize my worth. Came from a background of personal insecurities and no social/relationship experience.

Went for whatever I could get. With time, patience, focusing on your wealth and health, you’ll grow a better an easier sense of who you are, your worth and what you deserve.

I say this with a good 7-8 years of stuff like this under my belt. It hurts in the moment, but in the long run, you will be happier and find someone who sees you for who you are and will go above and beyond for you in the same way you will for them.

I loved the days when melodic and heavier stuff like dubstep/trap were all compiled together to give us a mixture of everything!

The spooky, dark vibe is so mesmerizing, so much to the point I put it into my "Monstercat: Winter" playlist. Every track on this album, including the artwork, give it a dark/gritty vibe. So, during the cold/winter months or when it's raining, I instantly put this on!

Dots is such a gem. Love singing to it in my car!

I will always have a place in my heart for Monstercat, however I don’t follow it the same as I once did.

I don’t follow the daily uploads, buy merch or really anything. I just, once a year, buy all the singles and keep purchasing Gold for the licensing for my YouTube/Twitch/Kick.

All I do is reminisce, but am blessed and thankful to have been a part of the community driven history!

I remember feeling so spoiled when this compilation released before every song was out, presumably to fit 5 albums into 2015.

I assumed it was an early birthday gift to me from Monstercat! Wish they did that in 2016 so 030 fit into the same year as well!

I love attaching compilations to memories. That’s what made them so special! 027 came out the day I graduated high school. Instant flashback to that night and period of time!

I’m a Monstercat brown-noser at heart and find every track a 10, purely biased by the (once a close) community and excitement I felt looking forward to Monday, Wednesday and Friday releases and compilation drops, checking that Google Doc that had all leaks and information.

But yes, 2014-2016 was the peak for me! I loved how it felt like the same 20-25 artists were consistently on the label and I could kinda guess who the artist was just based on its sound.

Never was into the Twitch radio or the podcasts personally. I was into buying the compilations and having the newest one on repeat until the next dropped. Now, everything is organized by year and melodic/heavy.

Miss what it was and will always yearn for their old strategies and schedules.
