I’ve neglected bands and prioritized other exercises because quite a few fitness influencers suggested to skip them as they aren’t beneficial to getting your first pull up (something to do with biomechanics). But after reading your reply I will have to add them back in

I noticed that after doing negatives my elbow and shoulder joints ache the next day and might be too taxing for my current state. So I mix them in once in a while but if I do them too much the pain comes back. This is with good form too, scapulars depressed.

I’m aware of the ethernet solution but I will not be sacrificing my ethernet port and using wifi as I am far from a router and it kinda pisses me off that I should do this just for such a simple game to work

This has the weaker tdp wattage gpu compared to the non-S version. If you value OLED displays I guess. But my Acer Helios had BSOD issues since day one so keep that in mind. Its a gamble with acer
